I. Warranty Periods & Coverage (Valid from the date of receipt):
- Furniture (Bedrooms, Dining Rooms, coffe tables and Shoe racks): 3-year warranty (covers maintenance services only).
- Furniture (Living room, Sectionals, sofas, sofa bed and chairs) 5-year warranty (covers maintenance services only).
- Mattresses: 10-year maintenance warranty. (Note: A minimum surface dip/sagging of 3 cm is required to claim this warranty).
II. General Terms & Conditions:
- First Beneficiary: All warranty services are exclusively provided to the original purchaser (the first beneficiary) stated on the invoice and are non-transferable.
- Residential Use Only: This warranty is valid only for products used for standard household purposes. It strictly excludes products used for commercial purposes (e.g., restaurants, hotels, cafes, or offices).
III. Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered):
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following:
- Normal wear and tear, or defects arising from customer misuse and negligence.
- Damages to fabrics, upholstery, accessories, lighting components, glass, and marble parts.
- Environmental factors or improper storage, such as exposure to high humidity, direct and prolonged sunlight, or water damage.
- Specific Mattress Exclusions: The warranty does not cover mattresses that have been folded or severely bent, mattresses subjected to liquid spills of any kind, or those with warped metal frames caused by improper handling.
IV. Voiding the Warranty:
The product will be considered completely out of warranty, and free maintenance will be voided in the following cases:
- If the product is dismantled, reassembled, or relocated by any external party, independent technicians, or individuals other than Dudra Furniture's authorized team.
- If any structural modifications or unauthorized repairs have been made to the original product.
