For custom-made or bespoke orders, the standard production and delivery timeframe ranges between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule. We will provide you with a precise delivery date upon order confirmation.
Do you cater to commercial projects, hotels, or corporate orders?
Yes, we have a dedicated contract division tailored for large-scale projects, including hotels, restaurants, administrative offices, and real estate developments. Yes, our services extend across the entire North Coast region. The delivery fee varies depending on the destination distance.

Your warranty goes into effect immediately upon the date of delivery.
- 10 Years: Mattresses
- 5 Years: Bedroom Sets and Dining Room Collections
- 3 Years: Living Room Sets, Corner Sofas, Salons, Recliners, Sofa Beds, Shoe Cabinets, Tables, and TV Units
- 1 Year: Outdoor Furniture, Home Textiles, Wall Sconces, and Lighting
Terms and Conditions
- Authorized Handling: To preserve your warranty, any dismantling, repackaging, reassembly, or relocation of the product must be authorized by our team. Unauthorized modifications will void the coverage.
- Material Exclusions: This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover natural wear and tear on materials such as leather, premium fabrics, glass, marble, integrated LED lighting, or outdoor furniture cushions.
